Duncan H. Adams, founder of our firm, is a graduate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta (1998), one of the top-ranked law schools in the country. Mr. Adams has been a well-known member of the Atlanta legal community since the early 1990s focusing his practice on business law, real estate law and estate planning, including business succession planning for business owners. Mr. Adams is a speaker for the National Business Institute where he teaches continuing legal education seminars on probate and estates and trusts. He has also appeared on "Atlanta Insider."

Attorney Herman V. Kamrowski joined the firm in 2006. He brings to the firm almost 15 years of trial court experience, handling complex, multi-district litigation in the areas of construction law, business and commercial litigation, and real estate. His formidable courtroom presence and forceful trial presentation ensures our clients' business interests are zealously protected should they need to go to court.

Jefferson M. Allen graduated with distinction from Emory University School of Law and is of counsel to The Adams Law Offices. Having worked at large law firms in Atlanta, Mr. Allen is a seasoned and aggressive trial attorney who practices in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, and class action litigation.

Michael K. Sapp provides expert guidance in the areas of taxation and complex estate planning. Mr. Sapp has an LLM (a masters' degree in taxation) from the University of Florida, a college that ranks among the top two in the nation in the area of tax law. He has more than 30 years of experience handling tax controversies and complex estate planning and litigation.
