Duncan H. Adams, founder of our Atlanta Law Firm, is a graduate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, one of the top-ranked law schools in the country. Mr. Adams began The Adams Law Offices over a decade ago when he recognized a need for flexibility, personal attention, accessibility, and affordability that can only be found in a small firm with highly qualified and experienced attorneys. Mr. Adams is a speaker for the National Business Institute where he teaches Continuing Legal Education seminars to fellow lawyers. He has also appeared as a legal expert for the "Atlanta Insider,” WSB, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as numerous other media outlets. Mr. Adams strives to lead his firm in excellence in the practice of law and obtain exceptional results for the firm’s clientele.

Mr. Adams has been a well-known member of the Atlanta legal community since the early 1990s focusing his practice on business law, corporate law, property law, real estate law, mediation and arbitration, construction law, home builder defect defense and liability, estate administration, and fiduciary law, with a focus on wills, trusts, and estate litigation, Will Contests, and guardianship and conservatorships.

Kyle W. Brent graduated from The Catholic University of America. Mr. Brent came to The Adams Law Offices after previously working for a prestigious Atlanta law firm. Mr. Brent is an accomplished litigator, trial attorney, and staunch advocate for the firm’s clientele. Mr. Brent is a knowledgeable, aggressive, quick, forward thinking lawyer who is “quick on his feet”.

In addition, Mr. Brent has experience in the Service members Civil Relief Act, state employee whistle-blower protection, and international litigation. He is adept and experienced in mediations, negotiation, and appeals. He also has published works for CLE courses in the State of Georgia. Mr. Brent is a bold and knowledgeable advocate for the clientele of The Adams Law Offices. He is adept in significant areas of law and is a long-standing member of State and Federal Courts.

His civil litigation practice focuses on complex civil litigation, business litigation, business torts, shareholder and partnership disputes, construction law, home builder defect defense and liability, contracts, leases, mediation and arbitration, probate, estate administration, will contests and disputes, and wills, trusts and estate litigation.

Kasey Libby is a 1998 honors graduate of the University of Georgia’s liberal arts program and a 2007 honors graduate of the Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Libby was a competitive member of GSU’s Moot Court and served as its president. Also, during his last year at GSU, Mr. Libby mediated over 100 small claims and dispossessory cases on behalf of the Fulton County State Court’s landlord/tenant program.

After graduating in the spring of 2007, Mr. Libby grew a diverse practice that includes business, real estate, estate planning, and probate matters. Mr. Libby’s primary concerns creating and maintaining trusting relationships with his clients while providing cost-effective solutions to their legal problems.

Mr. Libby’s practice includes incorporation and LLC organization, business transactions including contract negotiation and drafting, contract and commercial litigation, and real estate disputes involving transactions, title, and possession.
