Duncan H. Adams, founder of our Atlanta Law Firm, is a graduate from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, one of the top-ranked law schools in the country. Mr. Adams has been a well-known member of the Atlanta legal community since the early 1990s focusing his practice on business law, real estate law, construction law; and, fiduciary law, with a focus on wills, trust, and estate litigation. Mr. Adams is a speaker for the National Business Institute where he teaches Continuing Legal Education seminars to fellow lawyers. He has also appeared as a legal expert for the "Atlanta Insider,” WSB, and the Department of Housing and Urban Development, as well as numerous other media outlets. Mr. Adams strives to lead his firm in excellence in the practice in law and obtain exceptional results for the firm’s clientele.

Thomas J. Mihill is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. Mihill’s practice focuses in business law and litigation, construction law, fiduciary law, estate, probate, and guardianship matters. Mr. Mihill came to The Adams Law Offices after previously working for a prestigious downtown Atlanta law firm. He is well versed in arbitration, mediation, and negotiation and is a licensed neutral mediator with over 150 mediations to his credit. Mr. Mihill is an accomplished litigator, trial attorney, and hardnosed advocate for the firm’s clientele. He is also a speaker at various seminars and legal education panels on his issues of expertise. Mr. Mihill is a distinguished member of the Atlanta legal community and heads up the firm’s Marietta, Georgia, office.

William E. Cannon, III, graduated from Mercer Law School. Upon receiving his J.D., Mr. Cannon was selected for a two year Judicial Clerkship with The Honorable Philip C. Smith, Chief Judge of the State Court of Forsyth County. Following Mr. Cannon’s clerkship, he came to The Adams Law Offices after practicing law with a prominent Georgia civil litigation law firm. His civil litigation practice focuses on real estate and property law, business litigation, construction law, employment law, contracts, foreclosures, loan modifications, loan workouts, probate, and wills, trusts and estates. Jefferson M. Allen graduated ‘With Distinction’ from Emory University School of Law and is ‘Of Counsel’ to The Adams Law Offices. Having previously worked at two prestigious large law firms in Atlanta, Mr. Allen is a seasoned and aggressive trial attorney who practices in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation, contract law, and consumer rights.
